With the continual improvement and increasingly viable methods of technology, media, marketing & photography being offered over the last 70 years, and the often-idealized image of a woman that is portrayed among them, it is no wonder the Anti-Cellulite “revolution” has come to the forefront. It can arguably be said that the battle to reduce or get rid of cellulite is a higher topic on women’s list of health concerns than general weight loss – as cellulite affects women of all shapes and sizes, and you don’t necessarily need to be overweight to acquire it. Special treatments such as injections, radio frequency, lasers and CO2 therapy are all the rage in spas and surgeons offices around the world. Although clients report initial improvement with these methods, the results are usually only temporary and require ongoing maintenance, which can be costly. Overall, the war against cellulite can be won by establishing a conscious, consistent healthy lifestyle – and this involves many plans of attack – as we will illustrate below.
